COMPANY OVERVIEW

N2S is a private proprietorship company registered in 2014 under the South African company law. The company is under the directorship of Mr. Nhlanhla Dlamini. The business is situated in Johannesburg, East Rand, Stoneridge. The key business objective is to host an annual music festival (AFGONG Music Festival) that will extensively contribute towards the socio-economic development of the African continent. This music festival will ensure the following:

  • Provide African artists with a platform to showcase their talents that will invariably embrace the art and diversity of African music and talents.
  • Develop upcoming artists to reach a global stage by providing a platform to perform.
  • Instil "ubuntu-the spirit of humanity" to African artists by ensuring they give back to their communities in the respective countries through charity work.
  • Create job opportunities through the organization to tackle issues of unemployment as part of community development.
  • Be an educational hub for our African citizens through their role models(artists) to instil values of love and unity.

AFGONG Music Festival has quite an extensive market filled with great opportunities. The market potential is around 2.1 billion people which is the population of the African continent and more than 1 million organizations. The arts and culture industry in Africa is not very competitive as there are few competing festivals. These include Bushfire Festival, United Sounds of Africa Concert just to name a few.

The AFGONG Music Festival is unique in nature. The core philosophy of the festival is to provide the highest quality experience that emphasizes the amalgamation of different African sounds, cultures and stories. There is no other festival that is of such nature. Our festival will be totally different as participating artists shall be voted for by the public in their respective countries. Artists to win during the festival are expected to donate a share of the prizes to charity and N2S shall also donate a share of her profits made from the festival to the development of arts and culture in the different African countries. The festival shall be hosted in different African countries and countries will bid for the hosting.

Nhlanhla Obert Dlamini– Chief Executive Officer

Nhlanhla Obert Dlamini is an accomplished Operations Management, Business Management and Business Administration Professional with over 25 years of cooperate work experience using exceptional communication and leadership skills to coach,manage and motivate professionals.

His expertise includes long term planning training in Ireland, Inbound and Outbound logistics training in Egypt, Certified SAP Power User and Provident fund trustee. He holds a Diploma in Operations Management, a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and a Masters in Business Administration.

He embraces diverse environments and remains committed to promoting creativity, effective problem solving, and breakthrough results. Having practiced his profession across all facets of business management, the experience he has gained in the areas of development and execution of strategies, change management and action plans has been instrumental in facilitating business performance.
